Enclosure are
fabricated with 14 SWG smooth & wrinkle free,
stress removed CRCA SHEETS (Procured for reliable
manufacture like SAIL, TATA, BHUSHAN, etc), by
usage of extensive tooling in following in house
machineries.etc.
The enclosure is fabricated in a modular construction
i.e each bay is identical& can be assembled
or dismantled easily in a shorter time which is
not feasible in total welded bay.
Not only BAYS
are modular, COMPONENTS TOO ARE
FABRICATED INFOLDED CONSTRUCTION.
The major advantage would be minimum welding
to avoid deformation of fabricated components,
beside STOCKING OF CRITICAL FABRICATION
COMPONENTS TO EXPEDIATE DELIVERY OF PANELS.
The components
are totally interchangeable and offer instant
replacement if required.
Electroplated slotted
supports are provided in cable alleys for
binding of cable. Brass CONCEALED
HINGE WITH NEOPRENE GASKET IS USED IN EACH
DOOR. All door cutouts are made
in fabrication only, to avoid life reduction
of paint.
HEATING SYSTEM
With
time & again, it has been
established that Chemical
pretreatment (7 tank system),
employing HOT CHEMICAL SYSTEM
is far, better than cold &
effective also. A continues
layer of phosphate is very
essential to achieve perfect
and durable paint layer.
PAINTING
After
perfect chemical pretreatment
as per IS-6005, the fabricated
components are painted in
a CONVEYORISED POWDERCOATING PLANT
with high quality epoxy polyester
powder, thus giving a long
life to panel and good aesthetics.
The
standard finish is SIEMENS
PABBEL GREY (RAL 7032)
mounting arrangement in ORANGE
(RAL 2000).
